When to Contact Us

We accept engagements in the following circumstances:

• You are designing a new system and want architectural guidance before the code is written.
• Your existing system has accumulated architectural debt and you need a remediation strategy.
• You are planning a cloud migration or infrastructure modernization initiative.
• Your team needs an architecture review or technical due diligence for an acquisition or investment.
• You need an independent perspective on a complex design decision.

We do not accept engagements that require us to take over ongoing operations or act as a staffing augmentation for extended periods. Our model is advisory and implementation partnership, not body shop.

Response Time & Scheduling

We respond to all inquiries within two business days. Typical engagements begin within two to four weeks of the initial conversation, depending on scope and current workload.

For urgent architectural consultations, we can sometimes accommodate a faster timeline. Mention the urgency in your email and we will prioritize accordingly.

Standard engagement hours are Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We do not charge for the initial consultation call.

Based in Alpine, Serving Everywhere

Our office is located at 528 S Alpine Hwy, Alpine, Utah 84004-1508. While we are happy to host in-person working sessions at our location, the majority of our work is conducted remotely with structured collaboration practices that rival co-located teams.

We travel to client sites for key milestones including architecture kickoffs, design reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions. Travel costs are included in the engagement estimate for domestic locations.
